Donations for Lebanon

Our Culture, Our Food, and Our People will not be left unheard. Boutros will be donating all sales of our Man'ouche and Lebanese Flag Pins to the Lebanese Red Cross.

الثقافة CULTURE

is the thread in the fabric of our lives, from the foods that we eat to the languages we speak. Named after Chef Allen Dabagh's father, BOUTROS intertwines influences from his family's roots in Lebanon, Syria, and New York City. The son of immigrants, Chef Dabagh is inspired by his multicultural upbringing and intertwines spices and flavors reminiscent of his mother's kitchen to your table. Dining at BOUTROS transports you with dynamic culinary comforts and an environment of familial love.

Middle Eastern Flavors Meld with Global Influence

Using classical and modernist technique, Chef Dabagh aims to weave the threads of a Middle-Eastern culinary heritage into the fabric of Boutros's Cuisine.

A Warm Welcome

Boutros, designed by the Chef himself, brings guests into his 'home'. Chef Allen Dabagh's passion and love intertwines into every aspect of the restaurant from the moss wall art to the dishes he creates.
